Do I have to charge GST/HST if I'm just starting out?
Not until you stop being a "small supplier". Under CRA rules, you must register once your taxable revenue goes over CA$30,000 in a single calendar quarter or over the last four consecutive quarters. You can also register voluntarily before then. This calculator assumes you're registered.

Does Zivly calculate this for me?
Yes. Zivly adds sales tax on checkouts and on cancellation and no-show fees, and itemizes it on the client's receipt. If you're in BC, Manitoba or Saskatchewan, you can add PST to your retail products from the dashboard.
