Get the Zivly App

Yes. Both the Customer app and the Business app are free to download from Google Play. There's no charge to book appointments as a customer, and business owners keep using their existing Zivly plan.

The Customer app is for anyone booking a salon, spa, or barbershop appointment - browsing services, booking, and paying. The Business app is for salon owners and staff to manage their calendar, clients, and payments from their phone. Install the one that matches how you use Zivly.

Yes - both apps are live on the App Store. Get Zivly Customer or Zivly Business for iPhone, including support for Tap to Pay on iPhone in the Business app. Read the full launch story.

Customers can create an account right in the app in under a minute. Business owners sign in with the same login they already use for their Zivly dashboard - no separate account needed.

You'll need an internet connection to book, sync, and process payments in real time. We recommend keeping Wi-Fi or mobile data on while using either app.
